After a quick hunt around we managed to find a fix and in an effort to “share the love” thought we might pass it along the line to anyone experiencing the same issue.

So, first of you need to drop to the command prompt, but make sure you run it as administrator. Then type or paste this:

netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=disabled

Then restart your machine… viola!
